SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Monday at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Kyle Ohsfeldt, pastor of Grace Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral DirectorsBIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Williams was born on Feb. 21, 1927 in Phoenix, Arizona. She married J. D. Williams on March 31, 1950 in Lordsburg, New Mexico. She was a Pampa resident since 1951. Mrs. Williams was a clerk for Southwestern Public Service for many years. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Joyce Ann Laycock, in 1983.SURVIVORS: Husband: J. D.
