Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral DirectorsBIOGRAPHY: Mr. Miller was born June 10, 1941 at Lynwood, California. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1944. He married Carolyn King on October 1, 1996 in Kiowa, Oklahoma. He was a pipeliner and a welder. He was preceded in death by his parents.
