Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral DirectorsBIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Parker was born April 13, 1909 to Wiley and Myrtle Hayes Thompson in Jerusalem, Conway County, Arkansas. She was the second of four children. She married David Parker on September 10, 1930 in Foss, Oklahoma. To this union, six children were born; five boys and 1 girl. Mr. Parker preceded her in death in 1992. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1941. She was a homemaker and a member of the Highland Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by one son, J.
