BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Callan was born December 7, 1912 in Wheeler. He married Addie Brumley on October 28, 1933 in Erick, Oklahoma. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1948. He worked for the City of Pampa, retiring after 28 years of service.
