He had been a resident of Miami for the past 35 years, graduating from Miami High School in 1986. David was a former corrections officer for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice with the Jordan Unit.Survivors include his spouse: Robin Scott of Pampa; 2 daughters: Julie Lane and husband Trever and DesiRey Scott all of Pampa; 1 son: James Scott of Miami; his parents: Garold and Karen Scott of Miami; 3 sisters: Frannie Hilburn and Karrie Wildcat both of Pampa and Nancy Jackson of Miami; 1 granddaughter: Payton Lane of Pampa. Many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
