Services will be at 10:00 AM Thursday, December 27, 2012, at the Mary Ellen & Harvester Church of Christ with Keith Feerer, minister, officiating.Entombment will be in Memory Gardens Mausoleum under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.Mrs. LaBarr was born Oct. 22, 1925 in Gould, Oklahoma. She was a 1943graduate of Gould High School. She worked for North American Aviation in Grand Prairie during World War II. Esta Faye completed her career at Hughes Aircraft in California in 1980 where she was an administrative contracting officer working on the Patriot Missile system for the F-14 fighter jet. She married Chuck LaBarr in 1974, and he preceded her in death in 2001. Esta Faye was an honorary member of the Pampa Rotary Club, and she received the Paul Harris Fellowship Award. She was a member of the Mary Ellen and Harvester Church of Christ.Survivors include a son, Eddie Grisham and wife Idagrace of Houston; 2 granddaughters, Trisha Ann Grisham and husband Steve Cross and Emily Nicole Grisham and husband Jarod Langston, all of Houston; 3 great-grandchildren: Zackary Dannheim, Carter and Tracy Langston, all of Houston; a brother, Robert Lee Young and wife Doris of Pampa; a nephew, David Michael Young and wife Karen of Fairview; 2 nieces, Melinda Jenkins and Jan Hucks and husband Kevin, all of Pampa; and by numerous cousins.
