Don Abney, 63, died January 21, 2013 in Pampa.Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, February 8, 2013, at Carpenter?s Church, with Rev. James Sinyard, pastor, officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mr. Abney was born March 23, 1949 in Kentucky. He attended schools in Kentucky and moved to Pampa in 1970. He worked as a welder for Cabot Corp. and Crall Products for several years.Survivors include 5 sons: Ronnie Abney, Bradley Abney, David Mundell, Donald Mundell and Journey Mundell; 2 daughters: Harmoni Marlow and Melodee Marlow; daughter-in-law: Kavori Mundell; 6 grandchildren: Skyler, Zack, Promise, Zoey, Zeek and Michael; and a sister: Phyllis Hood and husband Jerry of Pampa.
