Terry Young

Terry Young, 56, died Sunday, February 24, 2013 in Lefors.Services will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, February 28, 2013, in Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Pampa, with Rev. Ronnie Lambert, pastor of First Baptist Church of Lefors, officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.Terry was born on January 22, 1957 in Pampa. He attended schools in Pampa. Terry worked for Scarab Manufacturing in White Deer for many years. He was an avid fisherman and he loved his pickup, as well as his dogs.Survivors include his fianc?: Beverly Cooper of the home; 2 sisters: Marilyn Burk and boyfriend Steve King of Ponca City, Oklahoma and Deborah Barnes and boyfriend Alton Day of Pampa; 3 nieces: Shelly Hayes and Ronna Smith, both of Pampa and Missy Ebben of Amarillo; 8 Nephews: Gene LaRue of Texas, Dean LaRue of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Marlin LaRue, Cole Young and D.J. Young, all of Pampa, Brennan Young of South Texas, and Michael Young and Chad Young, both of Lefors. He is preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers: Mike and Ricky Young; 2 nephews: David Young and B. J. Brittenham; and a niece: Ashley Marcum.
