Joe Charles ?Chuck? Gray, 63, died March 23, 2013 in Pampa.Memorial services will be at 10:00 AM Thursday, March 28, 2013, at the Soldiers for Christ Fellowship in Skellytown, with Pastor Chip Watson, officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.Mr. Gray was born May 21, 1949 in Mobile, Alabama. He had been a resident of Pampa for the past eight years. Chuck was employed by J. W. Power Company for the last eight years. He married Sheryl Walker on June 6, 2009 in Skellytown. He was a member of Soldiers for Christ Fellowship in Skellytown. In his spare time, Chuck loved riding his motorcycle. He was a veteran, serving during the Vietnam War.Survivors include his wife, Sheryl Gray of the home; a son, Cody Gray and wife Liza of Dallas; two stepsons, John Minnett of Pampa and Elijah Gregg of Chickasha, Oklahoma; two sisters, Debbie Thompson and husband Cecil and Barbara Sims and husband Danny, all of Alabama; an aunt, Dona Strickland of Alabama; his father-in-law, J. B. Walker and wife Bethel of Pampa; his mother-in-law, Mary Peklewsky and husband Harold of Conroe; and five grandchildren. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, and a son, Lance Gray in 2004.Memorials may be made to the Soldiers for Christ Fellowship Motorcycle Ministry, Skellytown, Texas 79080.
