Edd Drew

Edd Drew, 55, died April 16, 2013 in Pampa.There are no services scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.Mr. Drew was born August 29, 1957 in Dodson, and had been a resident of Pampa most of his life. He was a mechanic and attended Open Door Church of God in Christ. He loved playing basketball and dominoes. Edd had a great sense of humor. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Drew.Survivors include a daughter, Jamie Drew of Dallas; 3 sons, Edward Kelly of Amarillo, Edd Trail Drew and Omaree Drew, both of Dallas; his mother, June Lidy of Pampa; 5 sisters, Jo Ann Stevenson and husband David of Mesquite, Shirley Irving Ford and husband Henry of Garland, Lydia Drew and Maxine Lofton and husband Rick, all of Amarillo, and Tanya Lidy-Grays and husband Tom of Richardson; 3 brothers, Chester Wallace and wife Sharon of Houston, Charles Drew, Jr., and wife Julie of Iowa, and Steve Lofton of Pampa; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
