Jax Andrew Covalt

Spearman, TexasJax Andrew Covalt, 11 months, died April 19, 2013 in Amarillo.Services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at First Baptist Church of Skellytown, with Hiram Reyes, associate pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Pampa under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.Jax was born May 21, 2012 in Borger to Rebecca Covalt and Brian Tisdale. He will be remembered as a loving and happy baby who was always blowing kisses. Jax was preceded in death by a sister, Sydney Smith, in 2010; and great-grandparents, Vera Marie Gonzalez, Ruby Louise Swanson and Gene and Amy Bynum. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Rebecca and Marc Covalt of the home; his father, Brian Tisdale of Tulsa, Oklahoma; 2 brothers, Hayden Covalt and Jacob Covalt, both of Pampa; a sister, Hayleigh Covalt of Pampa; grandparents, Robert and Glenna Swanson of Skellytown, Donn and Mary Daniels of Greenville, Julie and Jimmy Whinery and Brandie and Mike Allread, all of Avant, Oklahoma; and great-grandparents, Jerry and Jo Daniels of Pampa. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Nursery Fund in Skellytown.
