Maudie Bell Rains Aldridge, 74, died May 4, 2013 in Amarillo.There are no services scheduled. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.Mrs. Aldridge was born October 15, 1938 in Leslie, Arkansas. Maudie married James Thomas Aldridge on May 11, 1977. He preceded her in death on March 19, 1990. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1990. She was a member of Central Baptist Church. Maudie enjoyed working puzzles and word search games. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and will be truly missed by her family.Survivors include 2 daughters, Kathy Cole and husband Gary and Anna Gamble and husband Scotty, all of Pampa; 3 sons, Randall Welch and wife Jenny of Pampa, Robert Welch and wife Barbara of Muskogee, Oklahoma, and Raymond Welch and wife Kelly of Pilot Point; 9 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild; and 2 sisters, Geraldine Reagan and husband Jerry of Pampa, and Dorothy Welch and husband Willie of Barnsdall, Oklahoma.Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
