Roy Dean Burton, 55, died August 13, 2013 in Pampa.Memorial services will be at 10:00 AM Friday, August 16, 2013, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Rev. Lynn Hancock, pastor of Briarwood Church, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.Mr. Burton was born August 12, 1958 in Los Angeles, California. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1970. He married Lou Anne Schiele on April 25, 1996. Roy worked at the Hughes Building as a maintenance man for nine years. He was preceded in death by a sister, Becky Green.Survivors include his wife, Lou Anne Burton of the home, a son, Andrew Burton of Michigan, a step daughter, Melissa Krumweide of Bismark, North Dakota, a step son, Rashad Lee Schiele of Minot, North Dakota, his sister, Rosoland Moya of Houston, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
