Hellen Gallaher McLaughlin

Laketon, TexasHellen Gallaher McLaughlin, 81, of Laketon, died Monday, Oct. 21, 2013, in Amarillo.Private memorial graveside services at will be held at a later date at TMB Farms Cemetery near Laketon. Cremation and arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.Mrs. McLaughlin was born Sept. 28, 1932 in Stroud, Oklahoma and was a graduate of Stroud High School. She came to Pampa in 1950 from Stroud. She married Dale Gallaher who preceded her in death in 1976. She later married Ralph McLaughlin in 1981, and he preceded her in death in 2003. Hellen was a Baptist. She was preceded in death by a son, Richard Gallaher, and a grandson, Paul Budd.Survivors include two daughters, Gale Thompson and husband Tom of Pampa and Glenda Gallaher of Norman, OK; a sister, Clara Jordan, of Stroud, OK; 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and a great great grandchild.
