Allen Lee Baumgardner

Allen Lee Baumgardner, 51, died Sunday, December 1, 2013 in Amarillo. Memorial services will be at 1:00 PM Friday, December 6, 2013, at First Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Jim Friedewald, pastor, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mr. Baumgardner was born February 1, 1962 in Hereford. He was reared in Amarillo, attending Amarillo schools. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1981, working as a mechanic in the oilfield. Survivors include his wife, Joyce Baumgardner of Pampa, his son, Dr. Allen Baumgardner of Africa, his mother and stepfather, Toni and Pat Connally of Pampa, his father and stepmother, Ken and Margie Baumgardner of Friant, California, stepdaughter, Johanna Mears, stepson, Bobby Fowler, four step grandchildren, T. J. Harrison, Kasey Harrison, Karson Mears, and Madoxx Larue and a sister, Traci Baumgardner and husband Dr. Jerry Flynn of Springfield, Colorado.
