Bentley Arthur Smith died December 9, 2013 in Amarillo. Graveside services will be at 3:00 PM Thursday, December 12, 2013, at Fairview Cemetery, with Pastor Kyle Ohsfeldt of Grace Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Bentley was born December 9, 2013 in Amarillo. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sydney Smith, and his great-grandfather, John King. Survivors include his parents, LaJeanna Downs and Michael Smith of the home; two brothers, Jesse Downs of Pampa and Kayden Smith, of the home; three sisters, Layla Smith, Bella Smith and Emma Smith, all of the home; grandparents and great-grandparents, Cathy and Jimmy Baggett and Betty King, all of Pampa, Ron Smith of Lake Texhoma, Cheryl Wright of Enid, Oklahoma, and John Hardy King of Amarillo.
