Greg Greenhouse

Greg Greenhouse, 50, died December 15, 2013 in Roberts County. Services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Mary Ellen & Harvester Church of Christ, with Shawn Davis and Ed Hedgecoke, officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mr. Greenhouse was born May 5, 1963 in Pampa where he had been a lifelong resident. He married Gina Pitman on July 13, 1983 in Clarendon. Greg worked for Celanese for 22 years. He was very passionate about his family and friends, and was always willing to help any of his friends. He was a volunteer firefighter with the Hoover Volunteer Fire Department, a board member of the Top O’ Texas Rodeo Association, and a member of Mary Ellen & Harvester Church of Christ. He was a passionate cowboy and was an avid team roper. Greg was loved and admired by all who knew him. He was a loving father, husband, brother-in-law and uncle. He was preceded in death by his mother, Olivia Greenhouse. Survivors include his wife, Gina Greenhouse of the home; his son, Gage Greenhouse of the home; his father, Dale Greenhouse and wife Becky of Pampa, her daughter, Katie Cook Greenhouse, of Amarillo; and his brother, Dane Greenhouse and wife Leisa of Amarillo.
