Larrine Qualls, 82, of Pampa died December 22, 2013. Vigil service will be at 6:30 PM Monday, December 23, 2013 at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Rev. Christopher Schwind officiating. Mass will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2013 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church with Rev. Francisco Perez officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Larrine was born March 5, 1931 in White Deer, TX. to Mary and Julius Bednorz. She was a 1949 graduate of White Deer High school. Upon graduating, she was employed by South Western Bell Telephone Co. in Pampa retiring with 35 years of service. She married Odis C. Qualls on June 8, 1953 in Clovis, NM. Larrine was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and volunteered in the church office. She also volunteered at the Pampa Regional Hospital for 11 years. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Johnny Bednorz. Survivors include her husband, Odis C. Qualls; her children, Steve Qualls and wife Tammy of Austin, TX., Mark Qualls and wife Cindy of McAlester, Okla., Angela Qualls Sparkman and husband Randal of Quanah, TX.; her 6 sisters, Pauline Lowe of Vacaville, Ca., Mary Lee Hebert of Welch, La., Betty Calkins of Frankston, TX., Leona Mathes of Lubbock, TX., Clara McNamara of Georgetown, TX.; her 2 brothers, Doug Bednorz and Don Bednorz of Panhandle; 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
