Lefors, Texas Mark Lee Evrage, 51, died January 23, 2014 in Lefors. Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel in Pampa, with Gene Gee, Church of Christ minister of Lefors, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa. Mark was born January 30, 1962 in Garland. He attended schools in Garland, and graduated from Garland High School. He was a track and field star where he held numerous records in discus and shot put. He moved to Lefors in 2006 where he worked as a journeyman electrician for B & G Electric for several years before his retirement. Mark married his high school sweetheart, Kim Derrick, and together they had a beautiful daughter, Casey Evrage, who was the light of his life. He was an avid outdoorsman who liked to shoot guns with his family, attend all his nieces and nephews sporting events, especially Kody’s motocross races. Survivors include his daughter, Casey Evrage of Rockwall; his stepparents, Kenneth and Karen Purvis of Lefors; three sisters, Sherry Bowman of Stroud, Oklahoma, LeaNan Sparks of Pampa, and Kenya Harris and husband Brandon of Okemah, Oklahoma; two brothers, Shayne Hendrickson and wife Carmen of Lefors, and Sonny Purvis and wife Thelma of Stroud, Oklahoma; a grandson, Carter McKown of Rockwall; two nephews, Chad Clardy and Kody Hendrickson; six nieces, Alicia Whitehead, Krista Flores and husband Duke, Jamie Klaus and husband Klinton, Shayna Schepp and husband Kevin, Cheyenna Titsworth and Brianna Titsworth; and numerous great nephews and great nieces.
