Onita Fay Stowe

Onita Fay Stowe, 74, died February 17, 2014 in Pampa. There are no services scheduled. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mrs. Stowe was born September 22, 1939 in Espanola, New Mexico to Howard and Addy Woodard. She enjoyed painting, reading God’s word and cooking, and she loved her dog “Cricket.” Survivors include four daughters, Schryol Doyle and husband Paul of Magnolia, LaDonna Johnson and husband David of Quanah, Betty Holt of Troy, Montana, and Billie Jorgenson and husband Ken of Pampa; three sons, Michael Bynum and wife Janet of Shamrock, Charles Stowe of Hempstead, and Willie Stowe of Shamrock; sixteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and four sisters, Beatrice Leftwick of Lefors, Opal Ray of Pampa, Betty Jo Parsley of Amarillo, and Colene Stover of White Deer.
