Gloria Jones Gage

Gloria Jones Gage, 73, died Friday, April 18, 2014, in Amarillo.  Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Monday, April 21, 2014, at Fairview Cemetery with Gary Keller, deacon of Fellowship Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.  Mrs. Gage was born March 10, 1941 in Amarillo. Gloria has been a resident of Pampa since 1959, moving to Baytown to be near her son in 2012 and then moving to Amarillo in 2013. She was a healthcare worker for private individuals for fifteen years retiring in 2004. Gloria was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Luke and Pauline Jones and a brother, Don Jones in 2007.  Survivors include three sons, Donnie Barton and wife Patricia of Baytown, David Gage and wife Carolyn of Amarillo and Drue Gage and wife Karen of Granbury; a sister, Judy Gorman of Amarillo; five grandchildren, one great granddaughter; and a nephew, Todd Gorman and wife Sherry of Perryton.  The family wishes to thank the staff of Plum Creek Specialty Hospital and Interim Hospice for their loving care for Gloria.  Memorials may be made to the Amarillo-Panhandle Humane Society, 3501 S.
