Terry Lee Hair, 52, of Pampa, died April 27, 2014 in Amarillo. Memorial services will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, May 20, 2014, at Memory Gardens of Pampa, Chapel of Peace Mausoleum, with Pastor Paul Nachtigall, officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mr. Hair was born April 11, 1962 in Pampa to John and Francis Hair. He was a lifelong resident of Pampa, graduating from Pampa High School in 1980. He worked for Pizza Restaurants for over 20 years; from Godfather’s Pizza in 1978 to Pizza Inn, Mr. Gatti’s and lastly Yummie’s Pizza until 1998. He was a Christian and a Baptist. Terry loved to read more than anything, and watch movies, play bingo and play on the computer. He never met a stranger. He was a very generous and kind person. He was preceded in death by his parents.The family wishes to extend a huge thank you to the nurses and staff at Coronado Healthcare Center for the last eight years, to Pampa Regional Medical Center and ER staff; to Northwest Texas Hospital ICU Unit, and to Odyssey Hospice in Amarillo for their love and care of Terry. Survivors include two sisters, Kaye Linn and husband Bob of Chula Vista, California, and Frances Pratt and husband Charles of Electra; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends, including special friends, Daniel and Jeanna Zuniga and their children Danielle and Adam (who called him Uncle Terry), and Kayla Pursley.
