Bana Carnes

Bana Carnes, 36, of White Deer, died May 4, 2014 in White Deer. Memorial services will be at 1:00 PM Friday, May 16, 2014, at First Baptist Church in White Deer, with Bro. Alan Wilson, pastor, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa. Bana was born April 24, 1978 in Amarillo. She was a 1997 graduate of White Deer High School where she was a member of the FFA and the high school band. She was a member of First Baptist Church in White Deer. Bana enjoyed playing softball, fishing and riding horses. Survivors include her son, Troy Neil of Granbury; her father, Jackie Carnes of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; her mother, Regina Dye of White Deer; a sister, Terra Dyer of White Deer; a half-brother, Cody Jack Carnes of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; maternal grandparents, Harold Gene Watson and Roberta Klapper and husband Billy, all of Pampa; four nieces and nephews, Elijah Dyer and Jayden Dyer, both of White Deer, and Jeffery Carnes and Ella Marie Carnes, both of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and many, many other extended family.
