DeWayne “Buck” Bullis, 75, of McLean, died Tuesday, June 3, 2014, in Amarillo. Memorial services will be 10:30 AM Monday, June 9, 2014, at the McLean Cowboy Church with Pastor Ty Jones, senior pastor of Arena of Life Cowboy Church in Amarillo and Pastor Casey Carter, associate pastor of McLean Cowboy Church, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa. Mr. Bullis was born March 26, 1939 in Thomas, Oklahoma. Buck had been a resident of McLean since 2004, moving from Spring Valley, California. He was a casino manager for many casinos in the Las Vegas area; he retired from the Sycuan Casino in California in 2004. Buck was a member of the McLean Cowboy Church and the McLean Senior Citizens Center. Survivors include two daughters: Julie Ferguson and husband Ronnie of McLean and Marci Bravin and husband Kenny of Las Vegas, Nevada; two sisters: Shirley Jean Gannon of Fountain Hills, Arizona and Deana Reed of Moline, Illinois; a brother-in-law: John Hartman of San Carlos, Arizona; five grandchildren: Summer Ferguson and Ashley Ferguson both of McLean, Kristopher Franta of Marco Island, Florida, Danielle Ginder and Noelle Ginder both of Las Vegas, Nevada; and two great-grandchildren: Mila Franta of Marco Island, Florida and Daniel Ginder of Las Vegas.
