Frances Willett Brantley Scott

Services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, August 5, 2014, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Rev. Michael Erickson, pastor of Zion Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mrs. Scott was born May 11, 1931 in Van, Arkansas. She had lived in Pampa since 1955. She married W. M. “Tooter” Willett on May 28, 1955 in Lovington, NM; he died March 3, 1974. She later married Richard Brantley on May 7, 1981, and he died July 20, 2001. On February 14, 2003, she married Floyd Scott, and he died on June 4, 2007. Mrs. Scott retired from Ideal Foods and Frank’s Grocery Store after 34 years of service. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and enjoyed going to music festivals, playing dominoes, and spending time at the Pampa Senior Citizens Center. She was an avid Texas Ranger fan. She was preceded in death by her father, Jessie Little, her mother, Esther Heidelberger, and 2 sisters, Ruby Jones and Bobbie Spivey. Survivors: her daughter, Anita Myers and fiancé Robert Holden of Pampa; 2 sons, Ron Willett and wife Cassie of Midland and Jim Willett of Pampa; 8 grandchildren, Alicia Caviness, Amber Caviness, Heidi Willett, Anneleis Willett, Lorelei Willett, Steven Willett, Scotty Willett, and Shane Willett; 6 great grandchildren, Kaylea Perez, Kaiden Perez, Kenzie Danner, Tyler Willett, McKennzie Willett, and Alexis Caviness. Memorials can be made to a favorite charity.
