Kelley Wilcox

Kelley Wilcox, 69, of Lefors, died August 3, 2014 in Lefors. Memorial Services will be at 11:00 AM Friday, August 8, 2014 at the Lefors Civic Center, 103 N. Court, Lefors. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mrs. Wilcox was born May 20, 1945 in Wheeler. She attended schools in Wheeler, graduating from Wheeler High School. After graduation, she moved to Pampa and worked in retail sales for Payless Shoes, K-Mart, Clic Photo and Ford Heating and Air. She later started her own housekeeping service, retiring in 2014. Kelley’s life was Christ-centered and her love for, and enjoyment of her family and friends is what she will be remembered for the most. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Chester Bowles. Survivors include a son, Jeff Wilcox and wife Brenda of Forney; stepdaughter, Galene Hinch of Henrietta; stepson, Joe Wilcox of Antlers, Oklahoma; four grandsons, Brett Wilcox of Dallas, Brock Wilcox, Kaelin Wilcox and Cameron Wilcox, all of Forney; and two granddaughters, Emily Wilcox and SarahKate Wilcox, both of Forney.
