Leo Franklin Hall, 91, died August 19, 2014 in Pampa. Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, August 23, 2014, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mr. Hall was born December 10, 1922 in Wellington. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1965. Leo married Dollie Howard in 1948. She preceded him in death in 1971. He later married Lucille Grace Richardson on February 28, 1977. She preceded him in death in January 25, 2007. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army Air Corps serving during World War II on Iwo Jima. Leo worked for PISD, City of Pampa, and later for Gray County where he maintained the rodeo grounds and bull barn for Top O’ Texas Rodeo Association, retiring in 1988. He was a member of First Pentecostal Holiness Church. Leo was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Esther Hall; a sister, Viola Lasater; and two brothers, J. M. Hall and Melvin Hall. Survivors include a son, Irvin Hall and wife Alice of Pampa; a daughter, Joyce Pulse and husband Clifford of Fort Worth; a brother, John Hall of Las Vegas, Nevada; two sisters, Florence Bower of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Lorene Derese of Baytown; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
