David "Dave" Trimble

Services will be at 10:00 AM Monday, Sept. 15, 2014, in Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Donald Hill, pastor of River Ministries of Canadian, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mr. Trimble was born Sept. 13, 1942 in Wheeler and had been a resident of Pampa since 1986. He married Jan Tucker in 1973. Dave completed saddle making school in 1979 and worked for Rocking Chair Saddle Shop in Pampa until it closed in 1994. He enjoyed his horses and rodeoing with his grandson. His main love was his western way of life. Survivors include his wife, Jan Trimble, of the home; two daughters, Dreamia Klein and husband Roger of Pampa and Latonn Douglass and husband Olen of Amarillo; three brothers, Dan Trimble and wife Linda of Briscoe, Archie Trimble and wife Sharla of Amarillo, and Stan Trimble of New Mexico; a sister, Tresa “Teda” Seuhs of Miami; five grandchildren, Hawk Tucker and wife Ky, Ronnie “Hoot” Tucker, LaShay Douglass, Lane Douglass, and Cameron Klein; a great granddaughter, Tylee Tucker, and several nieces and nephews. Dave was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Alesa “Sis” Lansaw. Memorials may be made to Pampa Sheltered Workshop, P. O. Box 2808, Pampa, TX 79066-2808.
