Olin Dellis Lyons Harris

Olin Dellis Lyons Harris, 79, of Pampa, died September 23, 2014 in Pampa. Memorial graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 30, 2014, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, with Rev. C. W. Parker, chaplain of Gentiva Hospice (formerly Odyssey Hospice), officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mr. Harris was born April 17, 1935 in Pampa where he was a lifelong resident. He married Ruby Riley and she preceded him in death on October 23, 1988. Olin owned and operated H & H Machine Shop, and later worked as a truck driver for B & B Solvent, retiring in 2000. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy, serving during peacetime. Olin was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister. Survivors include many friends, including Barbara Mesneak of Pampa.
