Jocelyn Yvette Garcia, infant, died December 27, 2014 in Amarillo. Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday, December 31, 2014, at Fairview Cemetery, with Rev. Rafael Fraire of the Iglesia Apostolica of Amarillo, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Jocelyn was born December 27, 2014 in Amarillo. Survivors include her parents, Miguel and Jazmin Garcia of the home; her maternal grandparents, Angelica Diaz and Ramon Castillo of Pampa; her paternal grandmother, Jenny Mendoza of Pampa.
