Billy Reeb, 83 of Pampa, died February 10, 2015 in Amarillo. Services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, February 13, 2015 at Memory Gardens Mausoleum, with Rev. Dallas Stringer, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery, with military honors courtesy of the U. S. Navy. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mr. Reeb was born May 11, 1931 in Floydada. He was a 1949 graduate of Borger High School. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy, serving during the Korean War. Billy married Enola Matt on January 3, 1954 in Eunice, Louisiana. She preceded him in death on April 30, 1985. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1955, moving from Port Arthur. He worked as a bulk plant foreman for Halliburton, retiring after 23 years of service. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Veda Rape; by a sister, Linda Hilton and a grandson-in-law, Shane Kennedy. Survivors include his daughter, Brenda Cook and husband Johnnie of Pampa; two sons, James Reeb of Pampa, and Jon Ellis of Harper, Kansas; 2 granddaughters, Tausha Killinger and husband Patrick, and Laci Kennedy, all of Pampa; and two great grandsons, Gage Kennedy and Brenden Killinger, both of Pampa.
