Lois Delene Williams, 86, of Amarillo, died March 22, 2015 in Amarillo. Services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, March 28, 2015, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel in Pampa, with Rev. Albert Maggard, pastor of First Pentecostal Holiness Church of Pampa, and Rev. Lynn Hancock, pastor of Briarwood Church of Pampa, officiating. Graveside services will be at 3:00 PM Saturday, March 28, 2015, at the Boise City Cemetery in Boise City, Oklahoma, under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa. Miss Williams was born September 3, 1928 in Boise City, Oklahoma. She was a resident of Boise City until moving to Pampa in 1967. She was a resident of Pampa until moving to Amarillo in 2012. Lois loved to embroidery, taking pictures, and spending time and taking care of all of her nieces and nephews. She was a member of Lighthouse Covenant Fellowship Church. She always had a smile for everyone. She was preceded in death by a sister, Cletus Marie Williams; 2 brothers, Calvin Williams and Donald Williams; her parents, Hugh E. and Juanita Williams; and a nephew, Lonnie Fly. Survivors include two sisters, Shirley Armstrong and husband Lelan of Casper, Wyoming, and Wyvonne Fly of Pampa; a brother, Alvin Williams and wife Saundra of Mesa, Arizona; thirteen nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and great nephews. The family wishes to thank Bivins Memorial Nursing Home and Hospice of the Southwest for their loving care of Lois. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 8008 Slide Road, Suite 12-A, Lubbock, Texas 79424; or Briarwood Church, 1800 W. Harvester, Pampa, Texas 79065.
