Naomi Lee “Scottie” Cornelison, 87, of Pampa, died May 10, 2015 in Pampa. Services will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Lee Cornelison, her son, officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mrs. Cornelison was born October 21, 1927 in Kellyville, Oklahoma. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1986. Naomi married Alvin Cornelison on February 3, 1947 in Pampa. She was a member of First Baptist Church. She enjoyed bowling, quilting, knitting, cooking, and most of all, spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Minerva Medley; a brother, Harold David Medley; a sister, Zelona Johns; and two grandsons, Roy Tyler Reeves and Michael Townsend Cornelison. Survivors include her husband, Alvin Cornelison of the home; three daughters, Paula Burns and Peggy Adkins and husband Jim, all of Pampa, and Donna Gordy of Skellytown; a son, Lee Cornelison and wife Brenda of Pampa; two sisters, Lorraine Ingle of Fletcher, Oklahoma; and Mavis Cofer and husband J. C. of Marlow, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, Michelle Duvall, Troyce Reeves, Stacie Furgason, Brady Burns, Jeanine Malone and Jeff Adkins; 17 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
