Glenn Wright, 68, of Pampa, went home to be with the Lord on May 27, 2015 in Amarillo. Services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, May 29, 2015, at Memory Gardens Mausoleum, with Rev. Albert Maggard, pastor of First Pentecostal Holiness Church, officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery with military honors courtesy of the U. S. Army. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mr. Wright was born June 23, 1946 in Coalgate, Oklahoma. He worked in retail for several years. He worked for the City of Pampa for 33 years and during that same time, owned and operated Wright Janitorial Service. After retiring from the City of Pampa, he worked for Pampa Regional Medical Center. He married Loretta Edwards on January 9, 1971 in Pampa, and had been a resident of Pampa since 1971. Glenn was a member of the Army National Guard of Oklahoma. He was a member of First Pentecostal Holiness Church. He was a good husband, father and grandfather. Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister. Survivors include his wife, Loretta Wright; a son, William Wright; a daughter, Shelly Yates; one granddaughter; one great granddaughter; a sister, Louise England; and two brothers, David Wright and Tom Wright.
