Florence Elizabeth Farriell

Florence Elizabeth Farriell, 82, of Katy and formerly of Pampa, died July 23, 2015 in Katy. Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Monday, July 27, 2015, at Fairview Cemetery in Pampa, with Mike Watson, pastor of Hobart Baptist Church of Pampa, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa. Mrs. Farriell was born February 1, 1933 in Hobart, Oklahoma. She had been a resident of Pampa from 1952 until 1999 when she moved to the Houston area. She married Marvin Farriell on July 15, 1950 in Dalhart. He preceded her in death on July 4, 1989. Florence was a homemaker and a former member of Hobart Baptist Church in Pampa. Survivors include two sons, Tim Farriell of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Bill Farriell of Magnolia; two sisters, Edna Dudley of Oregon and Estella Dalrymple of Tyler; a brother, Bob Smith of Pearland; four grandchildren, Cassandra Post and husband Terry of Salt Lake City, Utah, Angela Campbell and husband Zac of Katy, Alex Farriell of Ogden, Utah, and Allen Farriell and wife Karele of Spring; and three great grandchildren, Austin Campbell, Starlyn Farriell and Maddison Farriell.
