Elsie Pearl Tice, 83, of Stinnett and formerly of Skellytown, died August 27, 2015 in Stinnett. Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Pampa, with Pastor Jimmy Gilmore of the Riverview Baptist Church in Borger, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa. Mrs. Tice was born January 10, 1932 in Mayfield, Oklahoma. She married Bennie George Tice on October 31, 1953 in Clovis, New Mexico. He preceded her in death on April 2, 2008. Elsie had been a resident of Skellytown since 1965, moving to Stinnett in 2012. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Skellytown. She enjoyed fishing, quilting, sewing, gardening and spending time with her animals. Elsie was preceded in death by a son, Mike Tice in 2015. Survivors include her son, Bennie Tice and wife Sharon of Stinnett; two daughters, Diana Bailey of Skellytown, and Sherry Beall and husband David of Duncan, Oklahoma; a sister, Bonnie George of Guymon, Oklahoma; a brother, Homer Bromlow of Hereford; brother-in-law, Ralph Tice and wife Barbara of Skellytown; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
