Virginia was born in Bonham on June 29, 1942 to Tom and Bernice Caldwell Neal. She married John Glover in Bonham on June 9, 1961. Virginia has been a faithful ministry partner with her husband John for 54 years. In that time she loved teaching children’s choir, playing handbells, singing in the choir, and going on many mission trips. She loved playing the piano and was self-taught. She also loved the Bible and taught it faithfully to the Frances Scott Ladies Class at Field Street Baptist Church where she was a member. Virginia was a devoted mother to her three children and was their biggest fan and was a wonderful “Nanny” to her three grandsons. She provided a Christian example to everyone around her and will be missed greatly. Mrs. Glover is survived by her husband, John Glover of Cleburne; sons, Stephen Glover and wife, Kathy, of Flower Mound, and Dr. Michael Glover and wife, Laura, of Mansfield; daughter, Teresa Glover-Pasby and husband, Keith, of Tyler; sister, Linda Bickers of Dallas; brothers, Johnny Neal and wife, Mary Jane, of Bonham, and Rodney Neal and wife, Kelly, of McKinney; and grandchildren, Jeremy Glover and wife, Caidon, Andre Glover and Garrett Glover. She was preceded in death by her parents. Virginia loved missions and her desire would be for memorials to the given to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering at Field Street Baptist Church.
