Karen LaVon DeVoll, 61, died December 9, 2015 in Pampa. Services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 15, 2015, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with LaRon Branson, and Vaughn Ellingson, officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Miss DeVoll was born November 24, 1954 in Tulia. She attended Pampa schools, and was a 1973 graduate of Pampa High School. She was a non-denominational minister who served churches in New Mexico, Louisiana, Florida and Tennessee before returning to Pampa in 2013. Survivors include three brothers, Roland DeVoll of Little Rock, California, Eddie DeVoll of Sunnyvale, and Bill DeVoll of Pampa; and two sisters, Nina Kemph and Martha Sluder, both of Pampa; and numerous co-workers. Karen was preceded in death by her parents, Stephen and Helen DeVoll; and a brother, Wayne DeVoll.
