Francis William Riley, Jr.

Francis William Riley, 84, died December 30, 2015 in Pampa. There are no services scheduled. Private burial was in Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mr. Riley was born May 14, 1931 in Quanah. He had been a resident of Pampa since 2008. He was a member of the Pampa Sheltered Workshop, Quanah and Vernon Sheltered Workshops, and First Assembly of God in Pampa. Francis was always smiling, wanting to shake hands and thank others. He enjoyed western and law enforcement memorabilia. He loved his boots and sheriff’s badges. Francis always had a smile on his face, and enjoyed “man talking.” He loved his family (special friends) and enjoyed spending time with them watching old westerns. He loved his workshop families, and the Angel Community Services. Survivors are his special friends, Darrin and Pamela Britt of Pampa.
