Bobbie Howard, 80, died January 13, 2016 in Pampa. Memorial services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, February 27, 2016, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Gene Gee, Church of Christ minister of Lefors, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mrs. Howard was born March 31, 1935 in Dallas. She had been a resident of Lefors most of her life. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Lefors. Bobbie loved to crochet and make ceramics. She worked for numerous cafes and the cafeteria with Lefors ISD. Survivors include her daughter, Rhonda LaJoyce Gilbreath of Lefors; her son, Kenneth Duane Howard and wife Kim of Aztec, New Mexico; seven grandchildren, Starla Hamilton, Amber Arnzen, Justin Howard, Heather Harvill, Jerimey Howard, K. K. Howard and Kenny Joe Howard; eleven great grandchildren; two brothers, Boker Bigham of Shallowater, and Richard Simco of Arlington, and numerous nieces and nephews. Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Collum and Evelyn Lambert Bigham; her stepfather, C. H. “Tead” Bigham; a daughter, Deborah Kay Howard; a son, Bobby Ray Howard; two brothers, Sonny Bigham and Harris Tead Bigham; and a son-in-law, Larry Gilbreath in 2014.
