Dale "Mad Dog" Haynes

Dale “Mad Dog” Haynes, 58, of Pampa, died February 10, 2016 in Pampa. Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, February 13, 2016, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Rev. Lynn Hancock, pastor of Briarwood Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mr. Haynes was born June 12, 1957 in Pampa. He had been a lifelong resident of Pampa, graduating from Pampa High School in 1975. Dale married Holly Reid on May 8, 1998 in Pampa. He worked for various companies as a truck driver. Dale enjoyed fishing, spending time with his grandchildren, playing music, and spending time with his close friends at the office. Survivors include his wife, Holly Haynes of the home; two daughters, Kala Hacker and husband Will of Pearland, and Katie Dale Ledesma and husband Victor of Ulysses, Kansas; three sons, Seth Haynes and wife Leslie of Pampa, Kalob Haynes and wife Danielle of Hollis, Oklahoma, and Katon Haynes of Ulysses, Kansas; his mother, Judy Haynes of Pampa; two sisters, Shelley Dyer and husband Shane, and Ken McGuire and husband Danny, all of Pampa; two brothers, Ronnie Haynes and wife Denise of Pampa, and Steve Garrison and wife Nancy of White Deer; eleven grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Dale was preceded in death by his father, Nate Haynes in 1991. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, National Center, 7272 Greenville Ave., Dallas, Texas 75231.
