Kevin Todd Howe, 46, of Lefors, passed away March 22, 2016 in Lefors. Services will be 2:00 PM Monday, March 28, 2016, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel in Pampa, with Chaplain Jon Watson of Amarillo Hospice of the Plains, and Keith Roberson of Briarwood Church in Pampa, officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in McLean under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa. Kevin was born July 20, 1969 in Pampa. As a young boy, his family moved often with his dad’s job in the oilfield, living in Malta, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. They eventually returned to Gray County to live in Lefors where he attended schools, graduating from Lefors High School in 1987. He married his childhood friend and love of his life, Michella Gee in 2001 in Pampa. Kevin was a welder, working for many years at National Oilwell Varco, Celanese, Fluid Compressor, and last at Matrix Tank. Kevin liked the outdoors where he enjoyed fishing and riding motorcycles. He was a talented craftsman where he could fix or build anything metal or wood. Most importantly, he was a family man who enjoyed being with all of his family. Survivors include his wife, Michella Howe of the home; three daughters, Courteney Gee of Sterling, Colorado, Christina Cook and husband Johnny of San Antonio, and Trinity Howe of Garden City, Missouri; a son, Logan Day and wife Rachael of Littleton, Colorado; his mother, Carolyne Howe of Lefors; his father, Terry Kirby of Amarillo; two sisters, Crystal Keiser and husband David of Yutan, Nebraska, and Sunni Kirby of Amarillo; two brothers, Mark Howe of Pawhuska, Oklahoma; and Eric Kirby of Houston; his paternal grandmother, Marie Toler of Amarillo; and seven grandchildren, Christian, Caden, Carson, Cendon, Olivia, Stryker and Bella. Kevin was preceded in death by his dad, Rodney Howe; a brother, Mike Howe; and a sister Kelli Howe. The family will receive friends at Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors from 6:00-7:30 PM Saturday, March 26, 2016.
