Paulette Lea Ressler Brown, 60, of Pampa, died Tuesday, March 30, 2016, after a long battle with pancreatic cancer, in Amarillo, Texas. Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 PM Friday, April 1, 2016, at Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors in Pampa. Additional visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 PM Monday, April 4, 2016 at Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Graveside services will be 10:30 AM Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at Corpus Christi Cemetery in Fort Dodge, Iowa, with Rev. Joe Dillinger, pastor of Holy Trinity Parish in Fort Dodge, officiating. Arrangements in Iowa are under the direction of Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home. Paulette was born April 21, 1955 in Ft. Dodge, Iowa. She married Tom Brown on August 28, 1976 in Ft. Dodge. Paulette has been a resident of Pampa since 1981. She was a clerk at B&B Pharmacy for 8 years. She was a member of the St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church. Paulette enjoyed gardening and home interior crafts. She loved spending time with family especially her grandchildren. Paulette was preceded in death by her father, Lyle Ressler in 2003. Survivors include her husband, Tom Brown of the home; two sons, Jeff Brown and wife Jennifer of Ft. Dodge, and Brian Brown and Wife Jennifer of Amarillo; a daughter April Mashburn and husband Sean of Amarillo; her mother, Bonnie Ressler of Ft. Dodge; seven grandchildren, Stormi Mashburn of Amarillo, Cameron Brown of Ft. Dodge, Landon Brown, Mason Brown, Kamden Mashburn, and Ashlyn Mashburn all of Amarillo, and Maddox Brown of Ft. Dodge; two brothers, Kevin Ressler and Terry Ressler and wife Shellee of Ft. Dodge; a sister, Linda Baker and husband Bob of Ft. Dodge.
