Barbara Darlene Summers Gillpatrick

Barbara Darlene Summers Gillpatrick, 58, of Pampa, died May 3, 2016 in Pampa. There are no services scheduled at this time. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mrs. Gillpatrick was born August 23, 1957 in Pampa where she had been a lifelong resident. She married Cary Gillpatrick, and he preceded her in death in November of 2006. She was a bingo addict and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Survivors include three daughters, Tabatha Parker and husband David of Port Orchard, Washington, Valarie Dickinson and husband Michael, and Tonya Brown, all of Pampa; her mother, Dean Williams of Pampa; two sisters, Shannon Orthman of Dumas, and Bonnie Johnson and husband Patrick of LaWard; three brothers, Ronald Edward Summers and wife Jill of Edna, Benjamin Franklin Summers and wife Debbie of Ganado, and Joe Orthman of Oklahoma; eight grandchildren, Charles Dennis and Bobby Parker, both of Port Orchard, Washington, Franklin Dennis of Altus, Oklahoma, Brennan Dickinson, J. T. Brown, Jacob Brown and wife Vicky, Jaycee Brown, and Megan Dickinson, all of Pampa; and a great grandson, Ayden Dennis. Barbara was also preceded in death by her mom, Dorothy Searl; her dad, Kenneth Searl; her father, Benjamin Summers; two sisters, Kathy Anderson and Shelly Williams; and a brother, Frank Summers.
