Ruth Ann Cozart, 70, of Pampa, died May 9, 2016 in Pampa. Services will be 10:00 AM Friday, May 13, 2016, at the Carpenter’s Church, with Rev. Jim Sinyard, pastor, officiating. Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, May 14, 2016, at Dublin Live Oak Cemetery in Dublin, under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Miss Cozart was born November 8, 1945 in Lamesa. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1998. She was a member of the Carpenter’s Church. Ruth loved to play music and sing. She loved to cook, and enjoyed making sausage balls with her nieces, whom she loved dearly. Survivors include her mother, Lucille Cozart of Pampa; a sister, Velma Earl of Pampa; three nieces, Alissha Jefferis and husband Kevin, Kendra Appier and husband Brad, and Lindsey Maddox and husband Jeff, all of Pampa; eight great nieces and nephews, Kolton Jefferis, Taylor Jefferis, Austin Appier, Connor Appier, Addison Appier, Brody Seely, Tristan Seely and Ryan Maddox.
