Angela Marie "Angel" Thompson

Angela Marie "Angel" Thompson, 38, died May 16, 2016 in Pampa. Memorial services will be 11:00 AM Monday, May 23, 2016, at First Baptist Church, with Rev. Byron Williamson, pastor, officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Ms. Thompson was born November 28, 1977 in Borger. Growing up, she lived in Canadian, Clovis, New Mexico and Smethport, Pennsylvania, moving to Pampa this last year. On August 23, 2015, Angela placed her faith in Jesus Christ, her Lord and Savior. She enjoyed painting, coloring and singing. For the past year, she had enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a member of First Baptist Church where she also sang in the choir. Survivors include three sons, Ray Thompson, Jonathan Thornton, and Matthew Thornton, all of Pampa; her mother, Melissa McGee of Pampa; an aunt, KaSandra Patrick of Pampa; and an uncle, Andrew McGee and wife April of Salina, Kansas. Angela was preceded in death by her grandmother, Bonnie Babb; and her stepfather, Melvin Busby.
