Maureen Mills

Maureen Mills, 55, of Pampa, died June 20, 2016 in Pampa. Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, June 25, 2016, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Rev. Jim Sinyard, pastor of the Carpenter's Church, officiating. Cremation will follow the services, under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mrs. Mills was born May 14, 1961 in Denver, Colorado. She married Lloyd Mills in July of 1984 in Commerce City, Colorado. He preceded her in death on July 7, 1995. Maureen had been a resident of Pampa for the past 25 years. She was the housekeeping supervisor at Pampa Regional Medical Center from 1993 until 2001, and she worked at Mesa Vista Ranch for T Boone Pickens as his housekeeper from 2006 until 2013. Survivors include a son, Eric Guyer of Thornton, Colorado; her father, Bill Guyer, Sr., of Thornton, Colorado; a brother, Bill Guyer, Jr., of Pampa; and a grandson, Gaige Guyer of the home. She was preceded in death by her mother, Agnes Guyer; and two brothers, Danny Guyer and Charlie Pundt.
