Sammie Lee Bell

Sammie Lee Bell, 63, of Skellytown, died Friday, July 22, 2016 in Pampa. Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, August 13, 2016, at Bible Baptist Church, with Rev. Bob Hudson, pastor, officiating. Cremation is under the diirection of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Sammie was born July 3, 1953 in Bloomington, IL. He married Tina Malouin on January 3, 1982 in Rhode Island. He served in the Kentucky National Guard in the early 1990’s, and he moved to Skellytown in 1993 from Kentucky. Sammie worked at Phillips and the City of Skellytown Water Department. He was a volunteer fireman and an all-round handyman. Sammie was a musician at heart and loved to play the guitar. Survivors include, his wife, Tina of the home; 1 daughter, Pam O’neal and husband Arron of Pampa; 2 sons, Michael Robert Bell and wife Tracy Trorhelman of Pampa and Samuel Lawrence Bell and wife Shelly of Lefors; 4 brothers, Scott Bell, Rev. Bob Epperson of Skellytown, Bill Bell of Blytheville, AR and Tony Bell of Steele, MO; 2 sisters, Sue Harris and Becky Kelsey both of Steele MO. 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
