Joy Fay Williams-Schulz

Joy Fay Williams Schulz, 83, of Pampa, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2016 in Pampa. Services will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 27, 2016, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Pastor Paul Nachtigall of Highland Baptist Church of Pampa, officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Joy was born November 15, 1932 in Harold, TX. She married Randell Schulz on May 24, 1948 in Shamrock. She was a homemaker and member of Highland Baptist Church. She was a lifelong resident of Pampa and loved visiting with the residents of the local nursing homes. The family would like to thank Betty Williams for being such a special friend to Joy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Randell in 2002; a son, Ronald Schulz in 2016; and a sister, Helen Kohl. Survivors include two sons, Greg Schulz and wife Linda of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Barry Schulz and wife Sondra of Amarillo; one brother, Gerald Williams of Collinsville; eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
