Rhonda (Riggs) Randall, 55, of Sterling, Kansas, died August 17, 2016 in Wichita, Kansas. Memorial services will be 10:00 AM Thursday, August 25, 2016, at Highland Baptist Church in Pampa, Texas, with Pastor Paul Nachtigall, officiating. Inurnment will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Pampa, under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa. Rhonda was born March 16, 1961 in Pratt, Kansas to Walter and Edna Mae (Alley) Riggs. Through several job transfers in the oilfield, the family settled in Pampa. Rhonda was a 1979 graduate of Pampa High School. She married Kelly Randall on June 2, 1979. Over the years, they co-owned several businesses in Pampa including Pampa Fire Extinguisher and Broken Spoke Moto Sports. The most successful was ASSI, an oilfield safety company that she was the heart and soul of. She was known for her work ethic and do-anything attitude. Rhonda loved traveling and being outdoors, from camping to four-wheelers or sand buggies. She enjoyed spending this time with her family, and most of all, “Nan” loved being with her grandbabies. Survivors include her husband, Kelly Randall of the home; two daughters, Kristi Stokes and husband Tre, and Kimberly Canaday and husband Steve, all of Pampa; two brothers, Roger Riggs and wife Melody of Lyons, Kansas, and Ronnie Riggs and wife Kerri of Pampa; five grandchildren, Kellan Stokes, Callyer Stokes, Corwin Stokes, Kayton Stokes and Colton Randall; six nieces and four nephews. Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to LEAP (Law Enforcement Association of Pampa) PO Box 219, Pampa, Texas 79066-0219.
